OLX Seller and Buyer Scam Need to know everything and how to prevent.
OLX is a global online marketplace where buying and selling services and goods such as electronics, fashion, and lot of deals which can be new or used depends on seller,
So what scam actually happening ill make it in brief when you post an ad regrading selling an own item on OLX the buyer call you(Scammer) so they will be ready to purchases the price its mention and they will be ready to make payment before receiving the product and seller will he happy about this, then scammer ask you is this your UPI, or google pay number if its yes then they will say will make payment in advance and our worker boy will collect the product from you later again its good news for seller, then scammer says am sending you one QR code which you have to scan in your google pay or any UPI App to receive the amount ok.
if you denied this they will say ok fine first will send you INR-5 rupees QR code scan that you will receive the amount then i will make fat amount of QR so they will be in call with you guiding you so what they will guide is scan that code and enter UPI pin to receive payment if you say its deducting from my account they will say i have send the code and it will deduct from my account don't worry you will get the amount and if you agree for 1st attempt then you will lose you hard earned money on this scam.

How to find is this Scam or Real ?
1: They are Ready to make payment without any negotiation (Remember: If they are rich they might not prefer OLX to buy an items).
2: They are Ready to make payment without seeing the product in real.
3: Common thing noticed is Whatsapp display picture is of Random Army man.
4: They will say we make payment from army machine and its verified merchant so we get only QR code to send or receive amount.
5: They will try to manipulate a lot and convince to make payment.
So beware, deal carefully and keep this points in mind always when you deal in OLX this is the real experience shared making you all alert on this scam.
